The land has 262 planted trees (218 Musang King and 42 Black Thorn), with a potential to scale up for more, at an average age of seven years, whereby the value of durian from older trees skyrockets in value year-on-year (Up to a certain point), bringing higher yield to users.

Durian trees start to bear fruit after five years and most durian projects only allow you to invest as the trees are initially planted, before fruit is harvested; DatoDurian tokenizes ready-to-export durian at the first year, bringing instant yield to users.

At DatoDurian, we start the tokenization process only after we have obtained the farm’s 1st or 2nd harvest in order to eliminate risk of harvest and to ensure yields.

ERC-1404 & ZK Proof -
The Securitization Standard

On-Chain securitization requires two vital components:

In addition, in order to protect users, Zero-Knowledge proofs will be enacted to prove ownership both on-chain and off-chain ownership, with the company ledger being fully provable, so the token holders will know what they are due to be paid by way of yield.
